At ProcessZen we consider  three phases to any exam

• Deciding to take the exam

• Preparing for the exam (our focus)

• Taking the exam

 

We believe:  Strategy + Knowledge = High score on test.

 

When preparing for the exam, you need to:

 

• Develop a preparation strategy

• Decide to include or exclude this class

• Select your study material

• Commit to a schedule

• Study

• Take practice exams

• Develop a test taking strategy

• Develop a testing time management plan

• Develop a skipping strategy

• Plan your approach to leverage available references

 

Our preparation courses should represent 20% of your total preparation time and should provide you with 80% of the material you need to master in order to pass the exam.  For each hour of contact, we recommend 4 hours of studying.

ASQ Quality Certification Preparation Courses   

These courses are intensive immersions in quality concepts for those individuals who seek to quickly advance their study and preparation for the Quality Manager, Quality Engineer or Quality Auditor certifications. The content of each these courses is based on the body of knowledge defined by the American Society of Quality’s (ASQ) for the particular certification being pursued. These courses can each be provided in a 4 or 5 day format.   request more info>

 

 

PMP® Certification Preparation Course   

This course is an intensive immersion in project management concepts for those individuals who seek to quickly advance their study and preparation for the Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification.  The content of this course is based on the Project Management Institute’s (PMI®) standards and principles as outlined in “A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge” (PMBOK ® Guide 5th Ed.). This course meets the minimum educational requirements to sit for the exam. This course can be provided in a 4 or 5 day format.   request more info>
